Cannot log in to the member center.

Hi,
I usually log in to the member center every day or 2 to check my usage etc, but today it is saying "Invalid username or password. Please try again."
I have not made any changes to my username or password and I am 100% sure they have been typed in correctly.

Any ideas why?

We're having some issues with our internal systems too, which unfortunately means we can't put a service status post out either.

I can't log in to the member centre either, is there an estimated time of a fix ?
