Has anybody else had problems accessing their invoices? All I ever get is "iac.plus.net refused to connect."
Also, has anybody else been receiving extremely expensive bills over the past few months? All I have is a fibre connection and line rental with Plusnet but just received a bill for £98!!!
We're sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered. Can you please confirm if you were in suspended billing? The figure of £98 looks more in line with suspended billing and we have then requested 90 days back including the current month.
