I signed up to Plusnet on the 17th,March and paid one year in advance for line rental.
I sent a cancellation notice in the post on the 20th,March. I received confirmation of the cancellation note from Plusnet on the
24th.March saying Plusnet will respond in 10 days time. I keep getting advices from Plusnet that the new service will start on the 31st.March and a router has been sent.
I don't want the router or the service! I also want a refund for up front payment.
It soo difficult to communicate with these people. I understand that under the current climate things are difficult, all I want at present is an acknowledgement of my cancellation.
