Cancelling relatives account who has moved to a home
Hi, Has anyone got advice on how to go about cancelling my aunt's phone and broadband account with PN. She has moved into a care home and cannot write or speak on the phone.

Does anybody have power of attorney over your Aunt? I believe you can email Plusnet at firstname.lastname@example.org the PoA document.
Once processed that person should be able to call 0800 013 2632 to cancel her account.
