Hi, my current contract is coming to an end on September 1st and I don't want my contract to be renewed, I want to cancel my service once my current contract ends.
I was an Erasmus student in the UK, but now that I moved back to my home country I don't need broadband anymore. I tried to call several times but nobody is answering, and calling from abroad makes me lose a lot of money! Is it still possible to cancel my contact by sending a letter stating my intention to cancel?
