Cancelling my contract
I wish to cancel my mobile contract - is there a way of doing this without having to ring up Plusnet? I'm currently abroad so a call would be very expensive, especially if put on hold for a long amount of time!

I'm really sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue reaching us to cancel and for the hassle this is causing.
