Re: Cancelling max premium

There's a Remove Max Premium link on the sign up page at http://trials.plus.net. Using that should be the most effective method for cancelling the option though it might be a few days before the ticket is picked up.

Re: Cancelling max premium

Getting some strange support centre questions appearing in my account:-

A regrade of this customer's line has not been possible. Please refund the relevant portion of the regrade fee.
And this seperate one:-

[Internal]
The Account Regrade process encountered an issue when trying to change the customer's account. The system attempted to select a tariff matching the contract period of the old product (18MONTH) but this is invalid for the new product. The system has automatically selected a period of 'MONTHLY'. Please check the customer's account type and scheduled payments, and ensure that the contract period is correct.

Looks like the system might have thrown a wobbly when they tried to cancel Max Premium. Roll_eyes

Re: Cancelling max premium

Nothing to worry about, the order did drop out for some reason but I can see that an agent picked up ticket 53659057 and has processed it manually.

Re: Cancelling max premium

Well I havnt been charged on the new bill for max premium, that's listed as cancelled but now I'm charged 17.99 for the extra package when I've been charged 11.49 since I've had it? Whats happened this month?

Re: Cancelling max premium

Hi there,
Really not sure what happened there, though I have had a good look through the ticket history and can't see any reason for the change. Really sorry about that.
I've adjusted the account so you'll be charged correctly from next month, I'm afraid I can't do anything about this month as the payment is already going through but I've added a credit of £5.50 to your account which will be discounted from next months bill to cover the incorrect cost.
Hope that helps,

Re: Cancelling max premium

Sorry to be nit-picky but it's a difference of £6.50

Re: Cancelling max premium

I don't know wether it's the credit applied or a one off discount for taking the phone plan but I got a £6.50 "special Offer discount" is that seperate to the refund from last month and that hasn't gone through?

Re: Cancelling max premium

It's the credit that I added last month to cover the incorrect cost of extra?

Re: Cancelling max premium

Ah, fair enough Smiley I believe any discounts added manually by staff will display as such on invoices.
