Cancelling contract 4 months early

I'm currently on a 18 month fibre unlimited extra (unlimited calls) contract at £37.50 a month and i have 4 months left.

 

Can you work out my cancellation fee as i find i need a connection of minimum 150Mbps now not the 50-60Mbps im getting at the moment.

You can find the ETC's here https://www.plus.net/help/legal/plusnet-price-guide-for-residential-products/

From that the basic ETC for Fibre Extra & Phone is £11.61/month left on contract. Call plans don't incur any ETC's since they can be changed at any time.

Hopefully that gives you an idea of the charges but I'm only a customer like yourself so can't give a definitive figure.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
