Cancelling BT Sport

Hi, i've logged onto my account to cancel the £12.50 BT Sport through Sky add on. All i could see was a suggestion to phone the helpline in order to cancel and that i couldnt do it via my account.  However, understandably the helpline appears to be offline so i have no way of cancelling my subscription?!

Any ideas?
