Cancelled within 14 day period 25 days later still no refund

I cancelled my fibre broadband order 5 days after placing my initial order (i.e. within the 14 day cancellation period). Order was placed on 25th May, I cancelled on the 30th. No sign of refund.

Refund received on 24 June. Thank you. I was expecting the refund to go back to my CC account, instead it was paid to my DD account.

Sorry that the refund wasn't sent back to your credit card. Unfortunately due to a system issue we're currently unable to process credit/debit card refunds however I'm glad to see you've got it back in your bank account via the direct debit.
