Hi, I had to cancel my new order when my flat move was temporarily cancelled.
Then flat move is now back on so I rejoined again after cancelling. But now I have two direct debits. Do I need to cancel my direct debit at my bank too, or is that done automatically?
Also, I signed up for a new password over the phone but I think it was taken down wrong so I couldn't log into my NEW account. Have since changed the password but will this affect the router which I will set up when I move in a few weeks?
