Cancelled plusnet account but broadband still active

Hi

 

I cancelled my plusnet account within the first 14 days after calling to arrange a home move as my new property isn't suitable for me

 

I called to cancel the homemove and also my original plusnet account within the initial 14 days but my broadband was still active this morning after receiving an email advising it was cancelled yesterday

 

Please can someone help, i'm sick of ringing up, i'm partially deaf and really struggle to hear on the phone

I can see that the confirmation regarding your account is noted here

 

It's possible that the broadband may have been in the process of being closed down when you checked it this morning. Don't worry - This won't affect the billing on your account.
