Hi there, As I was moving overseas I cancelled my direct debits when I closed my account. I've had a bill which I'm hoping I can pay online now that I've added my card details? How do I do this can someone send me a link as I can't seem to find the pay online section!!
If the bill doesn't provide a link to a pay online page I don't think the website offers one. I don't know if live-chat can handle this in which case calling in on 0800 432 0200 would be necessary. Call queues seem generally to be short between 2pm and 4:30pm each day.(call stats)
