Hi Gandalf, just noticed that BT app is still functioning, I assumed this would be cancelled at same time as my migration to another provider. I hope I am not being charged for this.
Could you please ensure this is cancelled. This is getting very frustrating.

Sorry to hear this Ray.
From what I can see the app looks to be active on the closed account still, so I've raised a task(internal ref: INFOPS-4647) with our infrastructure team to figure out how we can remove it. I should receive an update within 3 working days and I'll let you know as soon as I know more.
