I left plusnet a few months ago and at the time I was told that everything was paid up and cancelled when the switchover to my new provider occured, but now I've gotten a bill from a debt collector on behalf of plusnet for £53.74. Obviously I will not be paying this. Can someone sort this out? or what do I need to do to stop receving these letters?
