Cancelled account confirmation

Hi,

Placed a new order yesterday online and paid 1 month in advance. Openreach confirmed today appointment all ok.

Unfortunately I had to cancel today as something urgent came up, called during the day and cancelled over the phone.

An hour ago Openreach texted me to confirm again my appointment..

It looks like they don’t know yet that I have cancelled with Plusnet.

Can someone look into this and contact Openreach to cancel my appointment as I have requested account closure and confirm back.

Also can someone please refund me back the £32 I paid yesterday.

You would be best  advised to call back tomorrow - there are no staff on here until 8AM, and it could be a while before they picked this up.

As I said, I doubt they will - they are rather thin on the ground at the moment. You would be better calling in.

What’s the best number to call so I can get this sorted please - and what dept should I select when calling

The only number is 0330 123 9123, then option 1, option 4
