Cancelled account but still being charged!!

My account was suppossed to have been cancelled in July 18, still being charged and logged into account and it is still active. I don't understand, please advise?

Hi, did you manage to get them send your final bill? Seems that Plusnet do that to many customers, keep charging illegal monthly bills after they leave! I've been struggling to get my final bill for 2 months already, spending many hours on the calls and still no success. They also try to prevent you from registering a complaint.
