Cancelled Plusnet before going live and still owed £202!

I tried to join plusnet and was twarted by BT who insisted they would charge me over £100 to leave although they had put their prices up above inflation and I was supossed to be able to leave with no penalty!
This is to confirm I have now arranged for your initial fee to be refunded and for your order to be cancelled.

Lol, Hold your horses, there are still people a month in front of you awaiting their refunds!(see multiple posts from others in the same boat)
Seriously though, if you do not get anywhere it might be quicker to contact your credit card company for a section 75 refund if that's how you paid. They will send you a form and you will need copies of any messages from PN, but it might be quicker. I would but my refund is less than £100.
Good luck with that either way. I was promised a cheque in October and I am still waiting! Hint, Hint!
