Hi there, Plusnet just tried to take money out of my account after I had left then due to high charges. It say online that my account is closed, but they still want money. Very poor service.
tried to 'phone them, [they still live in the last century and don't accept emails !!] and was told that there is a 20 mins + waiting time to get through to an operator.
VERY VERY POOR SERVICE. Would not recommend to anyone.
