Cancellation

I need to cancel my account but I am waiting on line for 30+ minutes. Any other ways? 

 

Please cancel my account as I am moving out of the UK and do not wish to continue with services. I am moving out on Sep 5.

Sorry to hear about the long wait times you have experienced,

In order to cancel your account down you need to call our Customer Options team on 0800 013 2632.

 

This team are open:

 

8am - 8pm Monday to Friday

9am - 7pm Saturday

9am - 6pm Sunday

 

There is currently no wait time,
