Cancellation without phone support

I need to cancel my service. I understand phone support is very limited given the current conditions. What is the advised procedure to follow?

@jmanart Looks like PlusNet have missed your post, they will not cancel an account via the forum, the only way to cancel without calling customer support which is virtually impossible at present is to write a letter, see this thread linked below and the reply by @jgb
