Cancellation/refund

Hi can someone advise me please.i ordered broadband last night paid activation fee /monthly payment totalling £48.49 .After reading some reviews mostly bad I've decided to cancel  with plusnet and stay with talktalk ,can't risk not getting good service after what I've read.

Thanks but how do I contact  plusnet is there an email address ? So I can cancel .

From looking at your account I can see your order is on track to activate with no delays received from our suppliers at this point. But if you'd still like to cancel the best way to do that is by calling 0800 013 2632
