Cancellation fee

I was wondering what the cancellation charge on my broadband and phone currently is? As I can now get FTTP from BT and am thinking of switching.

I'm sorry to hear you're considering leaving us however I understand the reasoning. You can check your contract length via the Member Centre:

Account Details
Account summary
Upgrade
Change my products

Under the section "THIS IS YOUR CURRENT BROADBAND PACKAGE" you will see a statement advising "You've ** months left of your ** month contract".

You don't need to confirm anything here so click back once you've finished viewing, to navigate away.
 

If you need the cancellation costs please contact our Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 between the following hours:

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 20:00
Saturday: 09:00 - 19:00
Sunday: 09:00 - 18:00
