Cancellation fee

I'm moving away from the UK and need to cease my plusnet service. When I called customer services 2 months ahead of the cancellation date they told me I'd have to pay a cancellation fee of GBP 30.

I'm on Plusnet Unlimited (No Contract); why do I have to pay a cancellation fee at all if I'm not on a contract?

Where do I find the cancellation fees in the terms and conditions?

10.1. Where our agreement ends (even after the expiry of any minimum term) you may be charged a "cessation fee" as set out in the Price Guide where:
