Exactly a year ago I sgned up to an 18 month broadband/line rental deal and paid up front 12 month line rental which expires today. I pay £5 per month broadband (£15.99-£10.99 reduction as part of deal). From today onwards I need to either pay another 12 line rental (bearing in mind my broadband deal expires in 6 months) or go onto monthly line rental at £18.99/month. If I was to decide to switch to another provider how would I find out or calculate my cancellation costs ? I have tried to contact customer services but its impossible as is trying to find the information online any help would be appreciated.
