I'm moving from Plusnet to another service provider for my Broadband and Phone package. My present contract with Plusnet ends 12th May 2020. My new provider has informed me that their service will start 13th May. I have a letter from PN stating that the service is scheduled to transfer automatically on 14th May. In the letter PN state that I will be subject to early termination charges. Surely Plusnet cannot be hoping to charge me for 18 months "Early Cancellation Charges" when I informed them that I was leaving on 28th April?

Who do I need to contact to get this query resolved please. I've tried Twitter but just get a stock reply. Thanks, Pete.

I've now tried calling Customer Services on two different numbers and basically can't speak to anyone to resolve my question. Does anyone from Plusnet monitor this forum and would you please reply to my query?
