I'm thinking of leaving Plusnet but was wondering how much they would charge me as I have 7 months left of an 18 month contract.
Is there a formula that they use to calculate a charge?

It says "£86.80 (upon cancellation) " if I'm reading that right.
Thank you

If you cancel rather than migrate there will be another £30 to add to that

Skyhunter, If your Account Summary is like mine, the Cancellation charge will be overstated. This is a known issue and there is a Problem open with the PlusNet Developers to fix it.
In the meantime, the recommendation was to insist on a manual calculation of the outstanding charges.
(I will search for Oldjim's linky to the PlusNet info page which details the cancellation charges and update this post if I find it.)

It is actually here http://www.plus.net/info2/legal/price_guide.html and would appear to be - £5.50 + £5.35 = £10.85 per month which means that at present there are 8 months left - it will drop to 7 after the next billing date
Migrating to Sky - you won't be charged it
