I have cancelled my order on 16/9/2018 and the person I spoke to said I'll be refunded within 3-10 working days. Now my account is closed and I still didn't get my money back. Tried to call several times but 30-40 minutes waiting time is not what I can afford really. Chat is always busy. Also opened a question in this regard on 1/10/2018, no response to date.
