I called Plusnet last weekend to query a cancellation charge as I am moving to BT.
Subsequently 2 questions were opened.
#137036328 and #137369679.
I was called today to be told that there would be no cancellation charge as it was agreed that I was on an 18 month contract and not 24 month.
However, having read the update to #137369679, I have added a comment as it was stated that my contract has now been closed.
Having now also read a few emails sent today, my cancellation will take place on 10th November.
Can this be changed to 15th November as that is the day when my BT Infinity will be enabled?
I am willing to pay the charge for these additional days.

Sorry to see how this matter has been handled on Ticket 137369679.
I'll make sure the account remains open until 15/11/16 when your service is due to move to your new provider.
