I have cancelled my order twice now!!!
I waited until my contract ran out! It was a long wait if the worst internet I have ever known.
I have done my time, and yet you still send me a bill!
You have upped the fee as well! I don’t want to continue with Plusnet!!
I think I need to take this further to the radio or something ! Money is tight!!!!
The speed of internet has affected my work!
You can’t charge 30.00 pound a month for that internet!!!!
You even sent a letter! Saying my phone has stopped! I rang up to confirm this was everything will be cancelled! You said yes!
Cancel this please!

I am very sorry that you are having a problem with our service. Sadly we are unable to cancel accounts on this platform. Please call our options team on 0800 013 2632 to discuss this over the phone. Their opening hours are as follows:

 

8am to 8pm - Monday to Friday

9am to 7pm - Saturday

9am to 6pm - Sunday
