Cancel (not suspend) BT Sport add-on

I have been trying to cancel (not suspend) my BT Sport add-on but there is no option to do so via the website. I tried requesting this by messaging the social media account and was asked to call the Customer Services number, which still has lengthy hold times.

Rather than waste time in the call queue, is it possible to open a ticket to have my BT Sport add-on cancelled?
