Cancel my broadband contract

Hi I would like to serve notice on cancelling my service.

 

I believe notice period out of contract is 14 days.

 

Please see this as notice and inform me given the current circumstances how I can ensure that this happens.

Unless things have changed, I don't believe you can cancel your contract via the forum.

You will need to phone in.

 To be doubly sure I suggest that you write a letter to Plusnet cancelling. If you do a search you will find a cancellation form, which you can fill out, print and drop in the post.

If you are moving to another provider I suggest that you reconsider during the current crisis. There is a shortage of engineers engaged on new connections at the moment so there is a risk that you will end up with no service at all.

Been trying your phone line all day which you gave me. But no one is answering.
If this is the way Plusnet treats customers then I am glad I am cancelling.
The country maybe in Crisis but you are the only service I cannot connect to by telephone
