Cancel my account

Hello,

I would like to cancel my account from 10th June as I have gone with another provider.

This is asking for trouble especially if you are moving to an ISP who also uses the BT infrastructure. You should ask your new ISP to take over your service and get them to liaise with Plusnet over the changeover date and the cancellation of your account.

Hi there @mellaunder Smiley We can see the provider who are set to take over, once they've confirmed it with our Suppliers you'll get an email confirming this.
