Cancel my BT Sports.

I have been trying to cancel my BT Sports subscription and the online chat is next to useless as it does not resolve my issue.
I have tried ringing, hanging on the phone for for upto half hour at a time which I can not be doing, just to say "Please cancel my BT Sports".
How is it that I can order BT Sports online Just Like That but can not cancel, Just Like That.
It doesn't make any sense.
If someone from Plusnet is monitoring these community pages, can they PLEASE, Cancel my BT Sports. Many thanks Tom

Hi. I dont need this post moving, I need for my BT Sports to be cancelled. How difficult is it to simply removed/cancel my BT Sporrs.
It wasn't this difficult to order it so why is it so difficult to remove it.

Seriously, I'll cancel my entire account and take my custom elsewhere if I cant get this sorted.
