Cancel bt sport

Please raise a ticket to cancel my bt sports app subscription ASAP. There is no means to do this on the app or plusnet website.
This services has gone up from the introductory £2.50 quite sharply to £17.15/mth. I cannot afford it and it offers little value outside of the football season. Thanks..
