Cancel bt sport app

Hi, I'm finding it impossible to cancel bt sports app under my account. I have found a form which pauses for 1 month which I've completed but i still want to cancel bt sports app please.

Can you please cancel BT sport.  I've haven't had a response in 2 weeks, just someone moving my query.

Thanks for bearing with us, If you still want to cancel please call us on 0800 432 0200. Alternatively Plusnet customers can pause their BT Sport payment for a month via this online form . As soon as things change we’ll be in touch.
