Cancel broadband

I am trying to cancel my broadband. Chat does not work and don't have time to sit around on hold on the phone is there any email address I can right to please..

I'm afraid we don't use email for cancellation, the best way is to call us on 0800 013 2632.

As I type, the phone queue for the cancellations team is 0. The longest queue is less than 5 minutes.
