Don't understand why Plusnet won't let users remove packages from the Account page.

I have the app, and have enjoyed watching the old football matches.

Alternatively Plusnet customers can now pause their BT Sport payment via this online form https://comm.plus.net/k/Karmarama/bt_sport_subscription_discount?_ga=2.46676078.817452325.1585562050... . As soon as things change we’ll be in touch.

I do still want to cancel, i've already paused it but i still want to cancel. Why is it so hard?

Not able to call you as when i do, i get a voicemail message stating you're not accepting calls, so how do you expect anyone to contact you to cancel? (Obviously you don't).

So as i've seen posted before, people have had BT Sport removed from their accounts from posting on here, so please remove it from my account.
