Cancel Fibre Order!!

Just got a reply that has seriously pissed me off!
After waiting 4 weeks from the initial install date on the 10th of Feb I am being told that I have to wait till the 8th of April which in total will be 2 fucking months that I'm having to pay for a service I am not receiving, and that is if it's fixed by then which going from what I have experienced I will be let down again and be told I have to wait another bloody month.
Bottomline - cancel my order for fibre optic but me back on Unlimited and refund me. Either that or disconnected me I couldn't give a fuck.

If it's a fault on your line then it will likely follow you no matter what ISP you move to (unless it's Virgin)

You need to phone Customer Options House Moves Team:
0800 432 0200
0345 140 0200 (you can call this number from your mobile and it will use your contracted minutes instead of charging you for the call or if you're on Pay As You Go it's charged at your normal landline network rate)
Their opening hours are:
Monday - Friday
9:00 - 20:00
Saturdays
9:00 - 17:30
