I raised a ticket last Thursday and received communication from PlusNet that it would be acted upon and cancelled.  As of today's date the BTSport App is still active.

Thanks for bearing with us @waydee, If you still want to cancel please call us on 0800 432 0200. Alternatively Plusnet customers can now pause their BT Sport payment for a month via this link here
