Cancel BTSport APP

I made a request last week for one of the Plusnet Staff to help me cancel my BTSport App, I have had no response  and cannot seem to cancel this by any other mreans.

Can someone please initiate this for me asap.

i did this through my account page and addons section.

I had a look on there, but it directs you to the phone number or online chat, both of which ive tried without getting through. I have seen on other posts that a "ticket" is raised by "staff" and then the process is carried out.

Bit disappointing that it is a bit of a pain to cancel tbh

Hi I’m also looking to cancel BT Sport subscription and being unable to online chat or email a long wait on the telephone seems like a pretty poor alternative. Can you please take this as notice I’d like to cancel.
