Cancel BT sport

Hello. 

I signed up for the BT sport app a few weeks ago but barely use it so I would like to cancel.  I have tried ringing but I gave up after 20 minutes of waiting (chat is not online so I cannot use ....) so I hope I can get some help here from someone from plusnet...
