OK No response as yet. I paused SkySports this morning using a voice service. The subscription has been paused until the action restarts. I can still watch the channels though - not that I will...

It seems BT aren't offfering this and I need to cancel the package. How do I do this? Should I cancel my direct debit to plusnet

Guys, if you click the coronavirus update banner when you login to your account, you will see that plusnet has a link to fill out a form to stop you from being charged for BT sport on your next bill. I presume as this situation progresses plusnet will continue to wave the fee until the sport resumes.
