Cancel BT sport app

Can't get through to anyone. Can a ticket please be raised to suspend BT sport app on my account?

As per everyone else, I am not paying for BT Sport while there is no sport. Plusnet should be freezing payments for the BT Sport bolt-on for all customers until we are through this crisis.

I have been trying to cancel BT Sport for a week now.  No chat or phone contact possible so raised cancellation through an open question.  Still no response.

I agree that all BT Sport subscriptions should be frozen or cancelled.

BT Sport is failing to provide the service it advertised.  As their agent, Plusnet have a responsibility to sort the matter out.
