Cancel BT Sport App subscription

Please could someone cancel my BT Sport App subscription?

I can't get through on the phones and the online chat is closed

Finally got through on the phone this morning and have cancelled the app.

I can't help thinking there has to be a better way. By being so difficult to remove the app it makes a mockery of the best selling point of this add on - the benefit of a monthly subscription that you can start and stop at will.
