Can you please fully cancel my switch order

#Can you please fully cancel switch order my current provider sky broadband has sent me an e-mail and text message saying new provider (Plusnet) is taking over my line I cancelled the plusnet order yesterday on 11/02/2019 can you please check with your provider (openreach) to make sure this take over is fully cancelled as I wish to remain with sky broadband.

Yes I would like my upfront payment of £27.99 I paid to be refunded back to original payment method I used . or can you get Anoush to step in as he the only person at plusnet that does sort things out.

Hi @shrubb2121 

 

As I have previously stated on here, and on your numerous Social Media posts, and Maddy has said via ticket - we are unable to refund via your original payment method as you paid via a card which was not stored on file. 

 

May I please ask that you refrain from opening more new forums threads about this issue as your initial one is perfectly fine to correspond through. 

 

Anoush is unable to do this either, I'm afraid.
