I'm sorry to see that you're experiencing issues accessing your account. So that we can narrow down where the problem lies I'd like to ask a few questions. Firstly, are you unable to login to your account entirely, or is it only certain aspects of your account that are inaccessible via the Member Centre? Have you been able to try and access the account from another device or web browser? Failing this, have you attempted to access the account after clearing the cookies and cache from your current web browser?
