Can't understand bill.

I just had notification of this month's bill and I've been trying to interpret it but failed. I don't understand "other items - 19p" or why it shows call charges of £1.44 for 2 calls (both just a few minutes) as I have anytime international 300. Could someone have a look at it please and clarify.

Thank you for that. I've had a look at the ticket and that's OK as far as it goes. It doesn't explain where the 19p came from and I can't work it out.

It's an unexplained mystery why PlusNet have devised a billing system that is so complicated that customers can't understand it, or was that the whole object  😜

Once again, thanks for looking into it.

I get where the 19p came from but wonder if your view of an individual account makes things easier to comprehend. I still find it confusing, the way that charges are detailed on a bill. Hey ho - let's see what 2020 brings 😀
