Can't renew/upgrade contract - Order in progress error

Hello, I'd like to renew my contract and at the same time upgrade to Unlimited Fibre Extra,

 

However all the upgrade/renew options are faded out with an error message of:

 

"An error has occurred

You can't change your products for the moment, you have an order which is currently being processed. Please try again later."

 

I'm not aware of any orders in progress?

I am very sorry that you are having problems with upgrading the package. Sadly this is not something that we are able to complete over the community forum.
