I am unable to renew my line rental saver which has apparently expired without me receiving a renewal reminder email. I have tried to find a way to renew it within my account but without success........?? Thanks.
I'm sorry you've not had any notification surrounding the expiration of your line rental saver. It does sound like there may be a back-end issue with the renewal process on your online account - in this instance I'd suggest calling into our Customer Options team on 0800 013 26332 to discuss payment and pricing for your broadband, this team are open between 9am - 6pm.
